For those of us who have experienced loss, we know that the journey navigating the changes that arise can be overwhelming and isolating. Coping with the death of a loved one or the loss of something permanent in your life brings forth a myriad of emotions, fears, and uncertainties. In recognition of this, we're proud to offer our Grief and Loss Support Group—a compassionate community where individuals can find solace, understanding, and healing amidst their grief.

Our Grief and Loss Support Group provides a nurturing space where participants can navigate the complex emotions and challenges associated with loss. Led by experienced facilitators, our weekly in-person sessions offer a safe haven for individuals to express their feelings, share their stories, and find comfort in the company of others who understand.


Supporting Individuals Through Their Grief Journey

Whether you're grappling with the recent loss of a loved one or navigating the long-term effects of grief, our support group is here for you. We provide a supportive environment to help individuals:


Cope with Loss: Explore the range of emotions that accompany grief, from sadness and anger to guilt and loneliness, and find healthy ways to process and express these feelings.


Navigate Fears and Uncertainties: Address the fears and uncertainties that arise in the wake of loss, including fears of the future, existential questions, and concerns about one's own mortality.


Find Meaning and Purpose: Discover ways to honor the memory of their loved ones and find meaning and purpose in the midst of grief, fostering a sense of connection and continuity.


Bi-monthly In-Person Sessions

Our Grief and Loss Support Group meets twice a month for in-person sessions, providing consistent and reliable support for participants. Each session offers a blend of structured activities, group discussions, and opportunities for reflection, ensuring that individuals feel heard, understood, and supported throughout their grief journey.
